Columbia 50th - IMPORTANT
Hello Everyone!
If you are performing on the Columbia 50th Birthday concert, I MUST have your forms by tomorrow.
In case you need another set, I have attached them - click on the URGENT button below:
The permission slip and health form are REQUIRED of every student participating, and the release form is only necessary if the student is NOT riding the bus back to River Hill in the evening. You may fill in my name and phone number on the permission form where it says "teacher-in-charge"
Just as a reminder, here are the events that you agreed to attend on the commitment form that went out before the actual permission slip:
Thursday 4/20, 2:30-4:30 - rehearsal at RHHS (bring a folding stand)
Saturday 4/22, 1:45-3:15 - rehearsal at Atholton High School (transportation not provided)
Sunday 4/23, 10:30-6:00 - dress rehearsal, lunch, and performance at Merriweather Post Pavillion (bus pulls out from RHHS at 10:30 and returns you to RHHS at about 6:00)
Again, I MUST have your paperwork by tomorrow, April 19th, in order for you to participate.
