Pep Band Friday night..participants and drivers needed!

Hello River Hill Band Families!

We are off to a great start to the school year....and already have an activity coming up this week. This Friday night is the first away football game and the students will be putting together a Pep Band as always to support the team and energize the crowd. There is a sign up sheet in the band room and we encourage any student who is interested to come out and participate. Report time is 5:15pm in the band room for a rehearsal of the music, handing out of the pep band shirts and then we'll load cars and head out for Wilde Lake HS. We will also need drivers to transport both students and instruments. Please let me know if you'll be able to help out this week! We typically start loading cars by 6pm and try to leave the school by 6:15pm. We do ask that parents stay for the game because we also need to get everyone and everything back to school at the end of the night. Parents...if you prefer that your student only be transported by an adult driver, please make sure they know that ahead of time and let me know as well so there is no confusion. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask. It's a lot of fun and a great way to make new friends. Hope to see lots of you there! Esther Evans
